It is easy to take PTO, one schedules it on their own and it will get accepted if there isn’t work assigned on one’s calendar. The firm is being more aggressive with billable hour targets, with goals of 85 percent or higher utilization. People below face possible PIPs. I enjoy the work that I do, but there has lately been a lot of scrutiny purely on metrics.”
